Terrible Twos Tuesday

Just a reminder that your horses are not born knowing what to do.

A lot of people get frustrated with young or green horses when they don’t do the things that more seasoned horses do.

Its not because they want to do the wrong things it’s because they don’t have the training under their belts to have the experience to know how to handle and respond to different situations, riders, and aids they are not familiar with.

Please be patient with them and take the opportunity to encourage them to learn instead of reprimanding their attempts to give you what you want.
