Skills Saturday

Did you know that your horse is trying to have a conversation with you all the time?

Every little bit of action that your horse takes is a conversation that they are having with you.

Even if they are being naughty the are trying to tell you something; they could be trying to communicate that they are sore somewhere, they are scared, they can't handle the amount of pressure you are applying to them, they don't understand what you want, or they could simply be telling you that they have way too much energy to be able to concentrate on the tasks at hand.

It's our job to try and decipher what the horse is trying to say to us and to do our best to fix the problem straight away.

If you are having issues and can't figure out what is going on don't be afraid to reach out and ask us for help. We are here to make the world a better place for horses and people.
