Take a moment to reflect back to what you were doing 12 months ago. Think of the issues and problems that were happening 12 months ago and then look at where you are now. Now give yourself a pat on the back for your accomplishments over those 12 months! The next thing to do is to work out how often you rode in that 12 months (just an estimate) and you will actually realise how far you have come in a short period of time of actually being in the saddle. Keep up the great work and happy riding everyone!
