Sometimes we feel like we have no time for ourselves when it comes to our hobbies. And it can be so hard in this fast paced crazy world we live in. So many people I know have given up or they just let their dreams slip away because they feel like they just don’t have time. The only person that can change this is you! I myself do this all the time. I put everyone else in front of me and find I have no time for my own horses, I have barely had any free time to compete or do the things I so wish to achieve. But I am changing my daily habits. I have set up a timetable in which I will sit down at the beginning of every week and schedule everything out – including time for my horses. I know things don’t always go to plan that is why I have laminated it so I can use a white board marker on it which can be wiped off easily and adjust my plans so that nothing gets missed. You are the author of your life so grab that pen and start writing the story for how you want it to unfold.
